Construction Technology (ConTech) is evolving rapidly, and changing the face of recording and updating construction project’s progress. Having the right technology can be a critical step to completing your project efficiently and effectively.
Unlike other systems on the market, CamDo offers 5K resolution at the 1/3 of the cost of the competition.
Construction cameras are increasingly used on jobsites, as they help firms by increasing both communication and productivity among work teams, reducing unnecessary travel, and providing proof of compliance. There are many different camera types and applications. With that comes complexity and decisions to make.

How One Photographer Grew Her Business by Offering a New Service
As a photographer, you're always looking to bring in more business. One way to do that is to study the work of other photographers and see what techniques they're using to expand their portfolio. The work of photographer Lauren Chenault is a perfect example for those looking to add long-term time lapse photography as an extra service.
In this case study we'll take a look at how she delivered her first project, the results she achieved, and how she’s growing her business by providing this service.
How Solar Saved the Topcon Time Lapse Project
The Livermore Training Center is situated at Topcon’s global headquarters in Livermore, California. Visitors from around the world come in for support and training. The design of a new training facility was completed, and construction was about to begin. The construction time lapse was used to create teasers for anyone looking to visit the new training center.
The challenge was choosing a vantage point for the cameras that would capture the work and yet not interfere with it. It was also not possible to run power to the cameras since the site was being graded.
Bejaw Video Productions Captures Their First Construction Project in San Francisco
CamDo customer David Manzo, owner of Bejaw Video Productions in the San Francisco Bay area, completed his first time lapse photography project for a local construction firm. They were building a high-tech campus featuring four towers and one parking structure, with a project cost between $700-800 million. Manzo got into time lapse photography almost by accident and he shares his amazing journey with us in this post.
