Our V50 / 47Watt-Hour Lithium Polymer battery features two 5V USB output ports: both rated at 2A with a combined total of 3A available. The USB Battery Pack has the critical "Always On" operating mode that is required for long-term deployment using our UpBlink, BlinkX and Blink controllers.

Under normal circumstances, the standard GoPro battery will last for one to two hours of shooting. Our UpBlink, BlinkX and Blink controllers can be programmed to turn the camera off between shots to only have the camera powered on when the footage is needed. However, while Blink can extend the length of time the GoPro cameras can be deployed on the internal GoPro battery, the total amount of time the camera can remain powered on is still the same. Our 47Wh battery increases the GoPro battery life by approximately 12x and has the Always On operating mode required for use with our UpBlink, BlinkX and Blink controllers.
Note: UpBlink and BlinkX requires an external power source and cannot be powered directly from the GoPro battery.There are a lot of battery packs available, however, don't be fooled by cheaper alternatives. Most of the USB battery packs on the market have an automatic power saving feature which turns off the battery if it is not continuously supplying power. Often, this feature is not even mentioned in the battery description, and only discovered when you find the camera's internal battery is dead, even though the high powered battery pack is still fully charged.
Calculating battery life is non-trivial. It depends on the camera model, firmware version, SD card speed, lighting conditions, battery size, age of the battery, ambient temperature, and more. - Always On mode that is required when using our Blink or BlinkX since it prevents the battery from automatically turning off due to periods of inactivity. Just plug into either output port and Always On is automatically activated.
- Automatic Off mode will automatically turn the battery off. Just remove the cables from your battery and the unit will automatically switch off.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last before it is discharged?
It depends on many factors: the controller you are using, the camera you are using and the shooting schedule you have programmed. There are just too many variables to give an accurate answer.
In theory, the 4,000 mAH V15 battery combined with the standard GoPro 1,050 mAH battery will give you about 5 times the shooting time.
The 12,800 mAH V50 battery combined with the standard GoPro 1,050 mAH battery should give you more than 12 times the shooting time.

How can I tell when the battery is in Always On mode?
Unlike the V44 which was more complicated, all you need to do is plug your device into the V50 and the battery goes into Always On mode automatically.

What is your return/exchange/warranty policy?
A: We have a 15 day return policy for unused products. Product must be in original packaging and in new condition. For orders (over $1,500) and/or physically larger items (e.g. enclosures), a restocking fee of 10% will apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is opened or used, the product can be returned within 15 days (except SD Cards and GoPro cameras which cannot be returned once opened). A 20% restocking fee will apply for refurbishing opened product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Should you consider the product be faulty you can request to return the product within 6 months for our assessment. If the product is confirmed to be faulty by CamDo, return shipping costs will be refunded along with a full product refund (except SD Cards and GoPro cameras which cannot be returned once opened). Should the returned items be confirmed functional, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@cam-do.com to receive an RMA number. Do not ship a product back to us without an RMA number. We will examine all returned items to confirm their condition and contact you regarding the status of your refund. Upon acceptance, please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to process once the item is received.
We cannot support IT/wifi network/router/modem issues as there are too many variables. Please talk to your IT department/specialist/support team.
Any dismantling or modification(s) to CamDo products will void any warranty and cannot be returned.
GoPro products:HERO5 camera warranty issues are to be handled directly with CamDo. Any warranty issues with HERO6, HERO7, HERO8 and HERO9 cameras are to be handled directly between the customer and GoPro USA. Check out their warranty page here.

The replacement warranty is as per the warranty section above. In addition, the replacement warranty is the whole and sole liability for the product.
